Multiple Share Class

SPVs issue multiple share classes, such that all the shares belonging to the propertyinvestment company are of different kinds and offered to different classes of shareholders.Rights may be distinct in voting rights, entitlement to profits or dividends, or even capital,based on the needs of the shareholders. There is no limit to the number of classes an SPVcan have. The names are often taken up by SPVs pertain to alphabetical sequences, such as'A' shares and 'B' shares, collectively known as 'alphabet shares'. Such structure allows forflexibility in providing different rights to different groups of shareholders.
