First Confirmation Statement Filing

A confirmation statement is a mandatory annual submission to Companies House, designedto ensure the accuracy of your business information. Every limited company and LLP,including SPVs, must file a confirmation statement at least once every year. Even if therehave been no changes to the company during the ‘review period,’ filing the confirmationstatement is obligatory. For new companies, the review period starts from the date ofregistration while for others, it starts from the date the previous confirmation statementwas filed.
